 HyperActiv cards can be added to your Unlimited phone at any time. The cards give your phone a cash balance from which to draw for things not covered by your plan. Data content (i.e. Ringtones, Wallpapers, Games, etc.) require a HyperActiv balance.

Q: I am a current ActivUnlimited customer, how will this new product change for me?
A: If you want to use your phone for unlimited voice and texting, the cost of your service just dropped from $50 to $46. However, you now have the ability to fund a “HyperActiv” account. With a positive HyperActiv balance you can download ring tones and make long distance calls. As with all new Activ customers you can now check your balances and make credit card payments by dialing *FILL (*3455) and on AKDigiTel.com.
Q: I am a current Activ “minute” customer, how will this new product change what I use now?
A: Instead of having a number of units to make calls, you will have a HyperActiv balance that will be kept in dollars and cents. As long as you keep your HyperActiv balance positive, you can make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, make long distance calls, and download ring tones. Each event will deduct from your HyperActiv balance. As with all new Activ customers you can now check your balance and make a credit card payment by dialing *FILL (*3455) and on AKDigiTel.com.
Q: If I have the $34 Basic Unlimited, can I still send a text message or make a long distance call, or download content.
A: Yes! All you need to do is fund your HyperActiv account. If you have the Basic Unlimited plan and a HyperActiv balance, then you can make LD calls, send text messages or download content. Each event will be deducted from your HyperActiv Balance. When your HyperActiv balance gets low, you can add more or upgrade to an Unlimited plan that includes, SMS, LD, data or roaming.
Q: How can I pay for more service?
A: The quickest way to get your balance and purchase more service is by dialing *FILL (*3455) or AKDigiTel.com with a credit card. You can also visit any Holiday and Tesoro 2Go or DigiTel wireless store.
Q: How do I keep my days from expiring?
A: If you are approaching your expiration date you can add another ActivUnlimited card and all remaining days will carry over till expiration. The new card will provision and your service will not be interrupted.
Q: Can I switch between plans?
A: Yes, the service is a month to month service, if you need to travel one month, sign up for 30 days of the ActivUnlimited Nationwide for unlimited roaming. If you have the Basic Unlimited and wish to add text and LD or text, LD and data then you can buy feature bundles to upgrade your existing plan. |
