Q: How do I sign up?
A: You will need several things, an Alaska issued drivers license or ID, proof of eligibility of the program you qualify, such as Medicaid stamps, mailed certification letter, etc. Finally you will need proof of your physical address, such as, a piece of mail, copy of typewritten lease, etc.

Q: What features do I get with my service?

A: You will receive 1200 minutes every month. Please keep in mind that you will be charged 25¢ a minute once you go past your monthly alloted minutes.

Q: Can call long distance?
A: You can either apply to qualify for Long Distance pending an acceptable credit review, or use a calling card.

Q: Can I roam?
A: Roaming outside the DigiTel network is subject to credit approval; some networks allow roaming and in those instances roaming and long distance charges will apply.
